Johannes obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia in 2023 where he graduated with honours. He is currently registered with the BC Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) and is also affiliated with the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance (CKA). During his time at UBC, he has gained extensive knowledge in the areas of exercise physiology, human anatomy, and exercise prescription, culminating in a research publication in the Journal of Physiology.
Throughout his lifetime, Johannes has always been very engaged in exercise and sports, providing him with the necessary insight and a passion to help people return to an active, healthy lifestyle. Professionally, Johannes has been involved in personal training where he worked with many individuals from all spans of life towards performance, rehab, and recreational goals. At Sage Sport Institute, he uses evidence-based approaches to provide functional assessments, exercise prescription, and active rehabilitation.

Tammy graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1997 with her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Medicine (Physiotherapy) and originally specialized in occupational rehabilitation, injury prevention. Her active lifestyle and personal background in competitive sport and fitness led her to join Sage Sport Institute in 2015 and is inspired to be working with active and motivated physiotherapy clients of all ages and abilities.
Tammy works to empower her clients to more confidently manage their injury and return them to their preinjury lifestyle. With advanced coursework in shoulder, knee, fool/ankle, thoracic spine/ribs and pelvis rehabilitation Tammy uses a combination of a hands-on and exercise-based approach to restoring normal mechanics and function.
Outside of her clinical physiotherapy practice Tammy loves working from the other end with injury risk reduction for youth and teen soccer teams. After completing his Bachelor’s of Science at Thompson Rivers University, Tyler went on to achieve his Masters in Physiotherapy from the University of British Columbia. Tyler is a strong advocate for working towards creating an individualized treatment plan to optimize the path to recovery for all of his clients whether that be through functional movement patterns, manual therapy, exercise prescription and/or dry needling. Bronwyn grew up in Kamloops playing many sports however, soccer was always her passion. She played with several different competitive soccer clubs and capped her soccer career with five years as a Thompson Rivers University Wolfpack player. It was during her time at TRU that she learned the physical and mental benefits of massage therapy. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Psychology in 2015 and her passion for sports and wellness ultimately led her to pursue a career in massage therapy. Bronwyn graduated from Okanagan Valley of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC in 2021 and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia.
Bronwyn tailors her treatments to meet individual needs using several different modalities including myofascial release, Swedish massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, muscle energy and active/passive stretching.
